I'll go first. My blue and gold macaw Zazu: chaotic, cuddly, LOUD. Your turn! Let's see if we can spot personality patterns by species. I have a theory that all blue and gold macaw share the same brain cell.

Great question! So in my experience with Indian Ringneck, this usually comes down to a few things. First, target training first, then building up to step-up. Second, make sure they're getting enough sleep β€” 12 hours of uninterrupted dark sleep is crucial. And third, pay attention to stress from loud noises like construction because that was a huge factor for my Zazu. Hope that helps!

Great question! So in my experience with Senegal parrot, this usually comes down to a few things. First, positive reinforcement with their favorite treat every time they do the right thing. Second, make sure they're getting enough sleep β€” 12 hours of uninterrupted dark sleep is crucial. And third, pay attention to the cage being in a high-traffic or drafty location because that was a huge factor for my Luna. Hope that helps!

I have a similar story. My blue and gold macaw used to do the exact same thing. I remember being SO frustrated until one day it just clicked. Patience is truly the key with birds.
