North York / Scarborough:

• Steeles Ave Pet Hospital — avian services available
• Bridlewood Animal Clinic — good exotic vet reviews

Mississauga / West GTA:

• Mississauga Oakville Veterinary Emergency Hospital (MOVEH) — emergency avian care
• Credit River Animal Hospital — sees birds

East GTA:

• Kingston Road Animal Hospital — avian experience

Tips:

• Always call ahead to confirm the avian vet is available that day
• Ask specifically if they see your species
• Bring a travel cage, cover it for warmth in winter
• Keep a towel handy for the car ride

If you're near Richmond Hill, PetSmart on Dundas St actually has a decent bird section. Better than most locations.

Dealt with this for months. What finally worked was changing the food brand and just being really patient. They come around eventually.
