Daily care checklist for bird sitters

I'm creating a detailed care sheet for my bird sitter. Beyond feeding and water, what should I include? Want to make sure nothing gets missed — my Eclectus has specific routines and I don't want them disrupted too much.

Did this start suddenly or was it gradual? When my eclectus did this it turned out to be territorial behavior — especially common during breeding season.

Oh man, this brings back memories. When we were dealing with this with Pepper, I thought we'd never get through it. Now it's just a funny memory. It gets better, I promise.

My Tango went through a phase like this around 6 months. I was terrified but it passed. Birds are weird sometimes lol.
