Hello from Mississauga!

Just joined! I have a beautiful sun conure named Biscuit and we live in the Beaches. I spend way too much time talking to my bird and taking photos of them. Looking to learn more about bird care, nutrition, and training from people who actually know what they're talking about. Nice to meet you all!

My vet in Etobicoke suggested putting a bird lamp on a 12/12 timer to simulate natural daylight cycles and I noticed a change within the first week. Highly recommend.

Have you tried adding a full-spectrum Arcadia UV light near the cage? That's what solved this issue for us. Game changer honestly.

I went through this exact thing with my sun conure Sunny! It lasted about a few days and then resolved on its own. Hang in there.
